Harvey Kemper Of Huntingburg Taken By Death
Harvey Kemper, 69, of 404 Geiger St., Huntingburg, died in St. Joseph’s Hospital at 11 a.m. Wednesday following a four-month illness. He entered the hospital Monday.
Mr. Kemper was a retired employe of the Ferdinand Furniture company.
He was born at Stendal on April 19, 1901, the son of Frank and Sarah Stork Kemper.
Mr. Kemper was a member of Salem United Church of Christ. Surviving are two bothers, Jessie of Huntingburg and Otto of Holland.
Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at the Schmutzler Funeral Home where the funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Robert Maisch officiating. Burial Will be in Zoar Cemetery.
