SANTA CLAUS, Ind. - Marilyn J. Hasler, 76, of Santa Claus died Sunday, Feb. 25, 2001, at Scenic Hills Care Center in Ferdinand, Ind., of complications from Alzheimer's disease. The Huntingburg, Ind., native graduated from Huntingburg High School and Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing in Evansville. She was a cadet nurse at an army hospital in Louisville for six months and worked as a registered nurse at Indiana University Medical Center and as an industrial nurse at General Motors Allison Division in Indianapolis.
Survivors include her husband, Dale Hasler; a brother, Bill Lohman of Huntingburg; a sister, Doris Katterhenry of Evansville; a stepbrother, Joe Todrank of Las Vegas; a stepsister, Jerlene Peach of Holland, Ind.; six nephews and nieces; and an uncle.
Arrangements are pending at Nass and Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg.
