Tell Marriage of Former Arlington Girl
Announcement is made of the marriage of a former Arlington Heights girl, Norene Rae Winkelman and Leonard J. Dudzik of chicago, September 25 in Emmanual Lutheran church, Waukegan. The bride’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Winkelman of Wadsworth and the bridegroom is the son of Mrs. Josephine Dudzik.
The bride was given in marriage by her father and wore a tiny seed pearls. She carried a cascade of white baby mums and a white orchid. She had 4 attendants, one of whom was was Miss Janet Winkelman of Arlington Heights.
the ceremony took place at 7 p.m. with a buffet wupper following at Hank’s Supper club. Rev. Walter J. Geffert of Detroit, uncle of the bride, officiated, and the bride’s cousin, Miss Eleanor Geffert of Harvey was organist.
the new Mrs. Dudzik was graduated from Delavan high school and the bridegroom from Illinois Institute of Technology where he received his BS degree is {sic] mechanical engineering.
The newlyweds are residing in Crosby, N.D. where Mr. Dudzik is an officer in the air force.
