Ott, Laura B., 92, of Walkerville, died June 27, 2000 at Cherry Blossom Manor in Hart. She was born Oct. 19, 1907 in Hamilton, MI to Earl and Gertrude (Johnson) Dominy. She married Asa Taylor and he preceded her in death in 1960. Her second husband, Robert Ott, died in 1989. Mrs. Ott was affiliated with the Walkerville Wesleyan Church and volunteered for many years in community activities. She worked in general leather processing. Mrs. Ott is survived by sons, Wilson "Bud" Taylor of Twin Lake, David Taylor of Sun City, AZ; daughter Sally Kirwin of Walkerville; 15 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren; 20 great, great-grandchildren; and sisters-in-law Juanita Eastling of Grant and Agnes James of Hart. In addition to her parents and husbands, Mrs. Ott was preceded in death by sons Earl A. Taylor and Dean Taylor; daughters Joyce Bodell and Jean Jorgensen, and grandson Marvin Woodworth. Funeral services for Mrs. Ott were Friday, June 30, 11 a.m. at Walkerville Wesleyan Church, with Rev. Robert Abbott officiating; burial in Abson Cemetery. Arrangements by Tate Funeral Home, Hart.
