Mrs. Sarah Case
Native of Manchester Area Dies at 89
Lakeland – Mrs. Sarah V. Case, 89 died Wednesday at the home of her son, Milo Case, with whom she had lived for the last 18 years.
Mrs. Case was born Feb. 26 1867, on a farm near Manchester, a daughter of Lafayette and Martha Fink [Warne], and was married to Melvin Case, who died in 1919. The couple lived for many years in Manchester and Jackson. Surviving are the son, Milo, and a granddaughter.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Swarthout Funeral Home, Pinckney, with the Rev. J.W. Winger officiating. Burial will be in Roseland Park Cemetery, Berkley.
