Neighborhood News - Henry Diehl, in the 85th year of his age, died Thursday morning at his home near Ellsworth Station, following a stroke of paralysis. He was born in Ellsworth and for years was engaged in farming. He was a most kindly man and had many friends. His wife died quite a number of years ago. He leaves one son, Perry Diehl and a daughter, Miss Ora Diehl, both of Ellsworth. Funeral will be held Sunday afternoon, John McCleery officiating. Interment will be in Ellsworth cemetery.
Ellsworth – Largely attended funeral services were held Sunday afternoon in the ME. Church for Henry Diehl. Interment in the village cemetery.
