Obituaries
CLAY – Mrs. Pearle S. Ball, 69, of near Clay, died Wednesday night at Camp Breckinridge Hospital.
Surviving: sons, Aubrey Gish, in the armed forces, and William Ball, of Grandview, Wash.; daughter, Stella Ward, of Oklahoma City, Okla.; brother, Miles Hogan, of near Clay, and two sisters, Mrs. Emma Sutton, of Henderson, and Mrs. Urie Powell, of near Clay.
Funeral was 2 p.m. Friday at New Hope Church, the Rev. Bob Wallace officiating, with burial in the Odd Fellows cemetery at Boardley [sic].
