FORT PIERCE -- Retired Circuit Judge Philip G. Nourse , 87, died Monday at his home of 59 years following an extended period of ill health. Nourse was also a former assistant state attorney, a World War II Army veteran, and one of the first young men to achieve the rank of Eagle Scout on the Treasure Coast.
