Listed as from Neustadt an der Aisch, soldier in the Royal Prussian Hußars, on the marriage record of Karl Friese and Henriette Sieb in 1826. His Hußaren Bataillon #11 was in the heavy battles with the French in 1806. It is very likely he perished at or before the 14 October 1806 battle at Jena/Auerstedt. Records of those deaths were very few.
