Notes for Richard COOK
It seems unlikely that the place of birth given on Richard’s marriage to Margareta could be correct. There was not much of Pennsylvania settled yet, and the New Castle in Schuykill County was not really settled until after Richard was born. The one in western Pennsylvania is even a further stretch.
