Mabel M. Oskins, 88, Clarksville
Mabel M. Oskins, 88, Clarksville, died at 3:45 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 21, 1993, at the Wedgewood Manor Nursing Center in Clarksville.
She was born in Pike County Oct. 22, 1904, to Henry E. and Elenora M. (Neuman) Werremeyer. Her husband, Edward T. Oskins, died March 17, 1955.
Surviving are a son, Donald of Clarksville; two brothers, Clarence Werremeyer of Sidney, Ill., and Roy Werremeyer of Holland; a sister, Dora Bolling of Holland; three grandsons; and three great-grandsons.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Ollie Werremeyer, and a sister, Frieda Meyer.
Mrs. Oskins was a member of the Ohio Falls United Methodist Church in Clarksville.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Nass and Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg. Burial will be in the Fairmount Cemetery.
Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at the funeral home.
