Edward Oskins Of Huntingburg Dies of Heart Attack
Edward T. Oskins, 64, a veteran telegrapher for the Southern Railway Company, died suddenly at his home at 106 Washington St. in Huntingburg at 7 A.M. of a heart attack.

He was born in Warrick county near Selvin, on Dec. 12, 1890, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Seward Oskins.

Surviving are the wife, Mabel (nee Werremeyer), to whom he was married on June 24, 1926; a son, Donald, of Clarksville, Ind.; two grandchildren; two brothers Jacob of Princton and Charles of Rockford Ill.; and a sister, Mrs. Lou Varner of Buffaloville, Ind.

Mr. Oskins, a veteran of World War I, was a member of the American Legion, the Dubois county Masonic lodge and the Huntingburg Methodist church.

The body is at the Nass and Son Funeral Home where friends may call after 10 A.M. Friday. Services will be held in the funeral home at 2:30 P.M. Sunday, followed by burial in Fairmound cemetery.
