Notes for Willem DE GRAW
Willem was not shown living with mother in the 1703 census for New York City, perhaps he was serving an apprenticeship. The family moved to Tappan a few years after his mother remarried. Willem met his wife at Tappan. He inherited six children from Leuntie’s previous marriage to Konrad Harte. He is shown as a member of the Reformed Dutch Church at Tappan on 17 apr 1729. Last mention of Willem in records was 14 Oct 1733 at the baptism of his step-daughter’s child.
