John C. Thusius
Funeral services were held for John C. Thusius, 71, on Apr. 8 at Redeemer Evangelical Lutheran Church, Cedarburg, with the Rev. Howard W. Kaiser officiating. Interment was at Immanuel Cemetery, Cedarburg. Mr. Thusius was a member of Redeemer Church.
Mr. Thusius, who lived at N28W6246 Alyce Ave., died Apr. 5 at St. Joseph Community Hospital, West Bend, following a heart attack. He was born June 9, 1904 in South Dakota, the son of Emma Hoffmann and Carl Paul Thusius.
He is survived by four sons, Richard (Diana) of Cedarburg, Roger (Betty) of Anapolis [sic], Maryland, Dennis (Jan) of Cedarburg and Paul, Cedarburg. He is also survived by a sister, Helen (Ed) Zastrow, brothers Hank (Ollie) and Ebbie (Olive) and six grandchildren.
