Miss Clara W. Boyer, 73, of Berlin Station Road, Ellsworth township, died of a cerebral hemorrhage early Wednesday in Salem Central Clinic, following a 10-day illness. Born in Ellsworth township, February 5, 1890, she was a daughter of Norman and Mary Brown Boyer, and her entire life was spent there. She attended the Canfield Normal and taught in several county schools for many years. She was a member of Ellsworth grange. Miss Boyer was the last of her immediate family, two sisters and two brothers, having preceded her in death. Funeral services, conducted by the Rev. Fred Cochran, pastor of the Ellsworth Presbyterian church, will be held at 2 pm, Friday at the Arbaugh-Pearce Funeral Home in Salem, and interment made in the Ellsworth cemetery.
