Maude Weston
Mrs. Maude W. Weston, 80, Rt 4 (Lake of the Woods), Bremen, died at 12:55 p.m. Tuesday, September 9, 1980 at Bremen Community Hospital after a sudden illness. Born June 7, 1900 at South Bend, she had lived at Bremen 35 years, going there from South Bend.

Mrs. Weston was married in 1933 at South Bend to Thomas R. Weston, who preceded her in death Sept 21, 1967. She was a member of the Community Gospel Church of Bremen.

Surviving are two daughters: Nancy (Mrs. Joe) Martin, Bremen, and Carol (Mrs. Robert) Schmeltz, Nappanee; one step-son, Richard Weston; 13 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one brother.

Services were conducted at 10:30 a.m. Friday, September 12, at the Bremen Community Gospel Church with Rev. Robert Hueni, pastor, officiating. Burial was at Bremen Cemetery.
