Richard L. Powers
Mr. Powers was born Aug. 26, 1928, in Diamond, a son of Wilbur and Ione Renkenberger Powers. A 1945 graduate of Niles McKinley High School, he served in the U.S. Navy from 1945 to 1949. He was employed by American Welding and Manufacturing of Warren for 34 years and retired in 1991 as Manager of Industrial Engineering.
