Canfield – Mrs. Warren L. Manchester, 78, of 16 N. Hillside Dr. died today in Salem Community Hospital East of leukemia following a three-week illness. Born Sept. 12, 1894, in Ellsworth, the daughter of Willis and Melinda Hoyle Beardsley. She is a member of the First United Presbyterian Church of Canfield and was a 60-year member of Ellsworth Grange. Her husband, the former Warren L. Manchester, whom she was married May 4, 1920, died in 1964. She is survived by three daughters, Miss Gene Manchester of Canfield, Mrs. Ora Nisbet of Phoenix, Ariz., and Mrs. Esther Snyder of Salem; son, Paul of Canfield and 11 grandchildren. Services will be held at the Williams Funeral Home Monday at 3 p.m. in charge of Rev. Charles Fulcomer of the Presbyterian Church.
