Warren L. Manchester, 63, of Canfield, a clerk In the Canfield post office suffered a heart attack Saturday morning while at work, and died while being given medical aid. Born in Ellsworth township, Feb. 8th, 1891, he was a son of Clement and Mary Lower Manchester, and farmed there until 11 years ago, when the family moved to Canfield. In addition to his duties in the post office, Mr. Manchester was local agent for the Grange Mutual Insurance Co. He was a member of Canfield Presbyterian church and master of Ellsworth Grange No. 1857. Surviving are his wife, the former Ruth Beardsley of Ellsworth, whom he married May 4, 1920; three daughters, Mrs. Edmund Beard of Painesville, Mrs. Ivan Snyder of North Lima and Miss Gene Manchester at home; a son Paul E. of Canfield; three sisters, Mrs. Waldo Leonhart of Youngstown, Miss Mabel Manchester of Columbus, and Mrs. Carl I. Clay of Canfield, and three grandchildren. Funeral services, conducted by Rev. Harold W. Kaser, were held Tuesday afternoon at the Williams Funeral Home, and burial made in the Canfield cemetery.
