Notes for Clara T. JOHNSON
By putting pieces together, here’s what I believe I have on this family. I believe this daughter’s name is really Clara, not Carra, as one census had. I looked for Clara Johnson marrying in Cleveland. I had found the family in Cleveland in 1870, and also when Emma married, and when Mary and mother Anna Maria died. This spouse is the only one within the time frame where Clara is the correct age.
This family moved to Chicago, Illinois before 1880 as Harry is said to be born in Illinois in the 1880 census.
