Obituary notes for Julia Ann RAKESTRAW
Funeral services for Mrs. Julia Ann HOGAN, 81, were held at 3 p.m. Wednesday of last week at Morganfield Pentecostal church. The Rev. Ora EVANS of Henderson officiated and burial was in the Bordley cemetery. Mrs. Hogan died the previous Monday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Joe JONES, near Morganfield. Besides Mrs. Jones, survivors are daughters, Mrs. Viola CLAXTON, Providence, and Mrs. Ora RAMSEY, Herrin, Ill.; sons, Frank of Clay, D.L. of Henshaw, and the Rev. Hubby Hogan, Morganfield; and a half-sister, Mrs. Florence GOBIN, Providence. Providence Journal-Enterprise, Thursday, June 21, 1951.
