Notes for Mary HINDLE
Mary is listed in the Old St. George Church register in Stalybridge, Cheshire as being christened 27 Mar 1825, daughter of John and Betty Hindle. This would be consistent with her calculated birth date from her age at death, 49 yrs, 2 mos, 25 days, which would be 24 Feb 1825.
Her marriage was noted in the Paterson Intelligencer newspaper. The Josiah Calvin family was living in the same residence as Elizabeth Hindle (the mother) in 1870. Josiah Calvin was also mentioned in an obituary of John Henry Hindle.
