Deceased Name: Lilly Beumer HOLLAND, Ind. -- Lilly M. Beumer, 89, died at 11:25 p.m. Sunday at Jasper Memorial Hospital.

She retired at Holland Grade School after 43 years as a schoolteacher.

She was a life member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, where she taught Sunday school and was a member of St. Paul Women's Society, a member of American Association of Retired Persons and Retired Teachers Association and a former Brownie Scout leader.

Surviving are a brother, Harry Beumer of Holland; and a niece and nephews.

Services will be at 2 p.m. EST Wednesday at St. Paul Church, with burial in the church cemetery.

Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today at Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg and from 1 p.m. to service time Wednesday at the church.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul Church.
