Mrs. William C. Foltz
Mrs. William C. Foltz, eighty-eight years old, a lifelong resident of this community, died at 3:30 o’clock Friday afternoon at Community hospital, where she had been in failing health for several years.
Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at two o’clock in the Glant Funeral Home. Rev. Harold V. Schmidt, pastor of St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran church, where Mrs. Foltz was a member, officiated in the service and burial was in the Bremen cemetery.
Mrs. Folt’s maiden name was Josephine V. Wahl. She was a daughter of Michael and Mary Amanda (Fink) Wahl and was born at Woodland August 26, 1867. She was married to William C. Foltz, who died Aug. 26, 1937. Surviving relatives are two sisters, Mrs. Elvia Koontz and Mrs. Bertha Felden.
