CHESHIRE- Diane (Novak) Maturo, 63, of Cheshire, beloved wife of William Maturo, died Friday, November 25, 2011 at Mid State Medical Center in Meriden.
She was born in New Haven December 10, 1947 the daughter of the Edward and the late Gene Richard Novak.
Mrs. Maturo was a graduate of Hamden High School, and Southern Connecticut State University. She retired from the Connecticut Association for Home Care. She was a member of the First Congregational Church of Cheshire, and past president of the Cheshire League of Women Voters.
Besides her husband and father, she is survived by three aunts, Shirley Jesanis, Jennie Cifaldi, and Mildred Richard.
Arrangements- A graveside service for Diane will be held 11 A.M Friday December 2, 2011 at Mount Carmel Cemetery, Hamden. Burial will follow after the service. There are no calling hours. Contributions in Diane’s name may be made to the League of Women Voters of Connecticut, 1890 Dixwell Ave, Suite 203, Hamden, CT 06514.
