J.J. Bradley, one of the Arapahoe delegation, made his reputation when, during last session he introduced and passed a bill allowing six constitutional amendments to be voted upon at the same election. He is a product of Great Britain, where he received his education. He studied social economics and became a fellow of Kier Hardy and others of his day. Under Garibaldi he was a soldier for the unity of Italy during the closing campaigns. Twenty years ago he came to this country and here continued the study of social and political economics. When the first Populist party was organized in Denver he was a resident and became one of the early leaders in the party.
