Deaths
Neva P. Kleppe
A funeral is scheduled for 2 p.m. today at Mountain View Committal Room for Neva P. Kleppe, a Reno native and member of a pioneer family.

Miss Kleppe, 67, died in a Reno hospital Monday.

She was born Jan. 20, 1901 to John and Pearle Morton Kleppe.

Her family owned the Kleppe Ranch that was located in the town of Glendale and Kleppe Lane located off east McCarran Blvd. is named after te [sic] family.

Miss Kleppe attended Reno schools and worked as a bookkeeper for A. Carlisle and Co. 30 years and for R. Herz Bros. 10 years.

She was a member of Silver Sage Business Women’s Club.

Surviving are sister, Elsie [sic] Clifford and Eula Sanford, both of Reno; brother Arthur of Sparks and several nieces and nephews.

Ross, Burke and Knobel Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
