Rites Set Friday for Wilson Plummer [sic]
WILSON – Funeral services for Dayton Pettit, 71, of Seminarty Street, a Niagara County native and operator of a plumbing business here for many years, wil be held and 2:30 Friday at Wilson Baptist Church, the Rev. E.E. Franklin, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in North Ridge Cemetery.
Mr. Pettit, ill for a month, died Wednesday at Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital. The body is resting at the Hamilton and Clark Funeral Home, Wilson.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Minnie Pettit; two sons, Maynard and Ora Pettit; one daughter, Mrs. Melville Nixon, all of Wilson; one brother, George Pettit, and a sister, Mrs. Myrtle Brown, both of Tonawanda.
