Byron Parry, 50, formerly of Ellensburg, died Friday in Kirkland, Wash.
Mr. Parry was born in Lewiston, Idaho. He moved to Ellensburg in 1966. He was a radio announcer and worked for KXLE in Ellensburg and for stations in Seattle and Selah before retiring due to ill health.
Survivors include his father, Tom Parry of Moxee; three sisters, Mary Kay Danielson of Yakima, Ann Marie Haley of San Ramon, Calif., and Kathleen Adkins of McKinleyville, Calif.; and a brother, Tom Parry of Edmonds, Wash.
Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in Ellensburg with services at graveside for family members. Affordable Funeral Care, Ellensburg, is in charge of arrangements.
