Notes for Preston Ruey & Virginia Anna (Family)
It is unclear whether this marriage actually ever occurred. The entry in the marriage book is crossed out. Virginia says she’s a widow in 1920 and uses the name Dominy when marrying for the 2nd time. The death certificate for Preston states he is single. Unclear if Preston’s family knew anything.
