Notes for William E. BEUMER
They came to America in Sept of 1881. They crossed Atlantic Ocean 3 different times, first to Brazil, then back to Germany, then to America.
They left Germany to evade the draft but didn't like it in South America. Henry was expected while they were on the boat.
