In 1881 Robert and Malinda Hogan sold land to Monroe Willard.
On his marriage to Malinda Eveline French, age 12, in 1881, he states he was 37 years old and this was his second marriage. Malinda had permission from her mother to marry. I am presuming that this is the same Monroe Willard who married Elizabeth Reeder in Tennessee who died around 1880. He had children with his first wife.
On his marriage to Peggy (Hogan) Vaughn in 1895, he states he was 61 years old and this was his third marriage. It was her second marriage.
On his marriage to Malinda Eveline French, age 12, in 1881, he states he was 37 years old and this was his second marriage. Malinda had permission from her mother to marry. I am presuming that this is the same Monroe Willard who married Elizabeth Reeder in Tennessee who died around 1880. He had children with his first wife.
