SULLIVAN Beatrice Moffit Marvel 88 Sullivan died Thursday May 8 2014 at Baptist Hospital in Paducah She was a member of Morganfield United Methodist Church She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Gardner Marvel and her parents James and Daisy Moffit. Survivors include one daughter Mary Malinda Marvel of Nashville, Tenn, three sons Erich Vierkant of Paducah, James Vierkant of Nashville, and Mike Marvel of Sullivan, one sister Anna Morgan Girven of Morganfield, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Services will be at 3 pm Saturday at Whitsell Funeral Home in Sturgis. A private family graveside service will be at a later date Friends may call after 1 pm Saturday at the funeral home Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St Jude Hospital
